The Sukhotai Hotel in Bangkok has a Chocolate Buffet high tea on the weekends. We've already been once but my god we had to go again. Any place that has 'all you can eat chocolate' is going to be a bargain for me and my enormous chocoholism, even if it is $30 pp.
Drinking chocolate is the best thing in the world, no joke.

They have a truffle station. I am a huge fan of 4 of the 5 kinds but the green one is chocolate BLASPHEMY- it's WASABI! What insane person thought that those flavors go together ?!???
